We provide warm water underfloor heating solutions using a revolutionary installation method and a range of self-developed products. JK underfloor heating provides the fastest and cosiest warmth for every floor type. It is Low Temperature Heating, so it is combinable with other heating systems and more energy-efficient than traditional wet UFH systems.
The JK Floorgrinder dustlessly creates tightly routed groove patterns in an existing screed into which the UFH heating pipes are inserted. Since the JK grinding method uses a specially constructed industrial diamond grinding disc, it can be applied to 99% of all floor surfaces. Different floor levels or suspended timber floor constructions also pose no problem.
JK’s unique installation method eliminates any floor build-up and the hassle of removing the existing screed. The heating pipes are installed directly under the floor surface, so the room temperature rises much faster and is controlled more accurately. The JK System offers a practical solution for retrofitting underfloor heating without the drawbacks associated with other methods.
